Slingbox offers an iPhone application streams your TV and DVR straight to your iPhone. While the application has the power to be used through 3G, Apple has currently made 3G connect to Slingbox unavailable so the application could only be used via Wi-Fi. Slingbox hopes to make go back to 3G as soon as possible.
